Here at Savor, we showcase molecular Thai gastronomy with roots deep in traditions dating back as early as the 13th century. Head Chef Art – Prasopchok Trakulphat invites guests to enjoy an extraordinary culinary performance as he choreographs, with his team, an amazing array of Thai and international ingredients taken from original recipes to create modern interpretations in daring combinations. Our tasting menu options showcase seasonal cuisines from different regions of Thailand. With Chef Art’s specialty in Asia-twist molecular gastronomy, we use various creative cooking techniques to bring out the aromas and flavours of the finest ingredients like never before. This genre of cuisine is undefined, but we call it “Thai ARTisan’s Gastronomy”.
